"DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. When I originally posted my review I was very pleased with the service and price I received. I paid my homeowners insurance in full. I was surprised when I received a call that there was an additional $800 due because the form for the inspection (which was less than on year ago) was not done on a new form. I had submitted the inspection documentation at the time I reqested a quote (a week earlier). To avoid the $800 fee I had to have a new inspection done which cost me $100. I thought that would be the end. Once again I received a call that additional money was due for the 6 week period that the proper inspection documents had not been in effect. I called the office several times. Mr Williamson was not available nor did he return my calls. To keep my policy in effect I paid the additional money. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY."
